About the Israel ETA

The Israel ETA is an Electronic Travel Authorization for travelers who wish to visit the country for short-term stays for leisure or tourism.

It was introduced in 2024 to simplify the entry process for citizens of visa-exempt countries who want to travel for short-term stays, as well as to boost security measures.

You can get your Israel ETA by completing a simple and straightforward online application form. You must provide your personal details, travel information and passport data.

The Israel ETA is a multiple-entry travel authorization, meaning you can enter Israel for multiple stays of up to 3 months per entry. It is valid for 2 years from approval, or until the associated passport expires.

• The Kenya ETA is a single entry document.
• The ETA once issued is valid for 3 months.
• ETA holders may remain in the Republic of Kenya for a maximum of ninety (90) consecutive days after the initial entry date.
• Once you reach Immigration Control at the port of entry, you may be issued with a stay period not exceeding ninety (90) days.
• The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of arrival and it must have at least one blank pages for the immigration and border control officer to place the entry and exit stamps.
• All applicants must have an individual passport regardless of age.
• Applicants are required to carry a copy of their ETA at all times during their stay.
• ETA holders are required to provide their travel itinerary on arrival, e.g.; hotel bookings, invitation letter for business or family visits.

To apply online, applicants must have a valid passport from a visa-exempt country for Israel, email address, and a credit or debit card.

All the information provided on the application form, such as first and last names, place and date of birth, address, sex, passport number, and nationality, must be exactly as they appear on the applicant’s passport.
